ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLY

The elements are assembled based on a plan drawn up by the program. The structure is mounted manually or using a crane, depending on weight of the trusses, access opportunities, height of the buildings, etc. A typical timber roof truss on a single-family building is mounted within 1-2 days. The size of the structure’s individual elements might make it impossible to transport from place to place or it may require special means of transport, which in turn might result in high costs. For these reasons, the prefabrication system provides an opportunity for divind trusses.

The main advantage of the system is cost reduction, compared to
with steel structures approx. 40-50% savings. We are in
able to design and make trusses with a span of up to 30 m without
supports (columns inside the building).
