MANUFACTURING

MANUFACTURING

The elements are cut at production using numerically controlled saws, and the cut elements are assembled on special assembly tables using hydraulic presses.

  • The implemented structure has all nodes designed and calculated.
  • The prefabrication process guarantees the accuracy of dimensions of the constructions made.
  • Specialized high precision machinery is available for staff to manufacture trusses.

The ironing technological stand consists of a press head and a set of tables. Specified plates (spikes inwards) are set into places exactly specified in the documentation and the nodes prepared in this way are clamped with a pressing head.

Machines for prefabrication of wooden structures are primarily:
– Rotary cross-cut saws – two types of cross-cut saws are usually used to cut truss components:
– Single disc saws
– Multi-blade saws (usually 4- or 6-blade)

The production line is supplemented with various types of supports, booms, presses for length connections (barbed plates), working bridges for tables (with mounted cutters, drills, nailers and milling heads) and frame breaking stations.

Pressure templates on the tables ensure accuracy
and repeatability of dimensions of manufactured trusses.
