The structure is designed using the latest computer programs. After developing the project workshop documentation and production files in an electronic version are prepared. We use high quality materials awarded with appropriate approvals and certificates for truss production. The production elements are cut with numerically controlled saws and the cut elements are placed on special assembly tables using hydraulic presses.

Nailed plates connect wooden elements without the use of glue or nails. Prefabricated elements are joined under the roof using precise templates, and the complete truss assembly is transported to the construction site – a typical single-family home is assembled in 1-2 days. Trusses up to 30m long are possible without internal supports.

The elements are cut on numerically controlled saws, assembled on assembly tables, and joined with hydraulic presses. Each node is designed, and prefabrication guarantees precise dimensions and durable connections. The production line includes cross-cut saws, hydraulic presses, framing stations, and assembly-assisted equipment.

We have our own transport and specially adapted trailers for transporting trusses. Assembly is performed using a 20m HDS crane. We offer transport of prefabricated structures throughout Europe.

Assembly is performed according to the design plan, either manually or using a crane. A typical truss for a single-family home is assembled in 1-2 days. The prefabrication system allows for the division of trusses, simplifying transport and reducing costs.
